In case of an online order, the customer can simply fill in the delivery details, after which “Any Rose” will deliver the order within the specified timeframe, ensuring high-quality service and flawless presentation.

The website allows customers to place an order in two ways:

● Registering as a regular user so that future orders can be faster and more convenient.

● Placing an order as a guest, without registration.

The personal data and payment information of registered users are completely confidential, guaranteed by “Any Rose” and the bank. In the case of guest orders, the data is not stored in the system.

Delivery conditions

When placing an order, it is necessary to accurately indicate the delivery address, the recipient’s name, surname, and phone number. If the customer wishes to leave a greeting or a special message, they can write it in the additional field, and the company will gladly attach it to the delivered bouquet.

If the recipient is absent at the moment, the courier may hand the order to a third party, for example, the building administrator or another person present at the address, ensuring that it definitely reaches the recipient.

The flower delivery service operates 24/7 so that every customer can delight their loved ones at any moment. If necessary, the company can also provide second-day delivery within the same day.

Delivery on holidays

On holidays, such as February 14, March 8, April 7, December 30-31, due to the high volume of orders, deliveries may be made 2 hours earlier or later than the time indicated by the customer. For this reason, it is recommended to place orders at least 2-3 days in advance so that the flowers arrive on time.

Customer and company rights

The customer has the right to refuse the order if:

● The flowers are not fresh

● The composition is damaged

“Any Rose,” in turn, has the right not to accept a returned order if none of the above conditions have been violated.
